Massage Therapist (Part-Time or Full-Time)
The Well for Women – New Haven, CT

The Well for Women, a growing massage therapy practice in New Haven, CT, is hiring! We've recently expanded with two new treatment rooms and are looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our supportive, inclusive team. Salary does not reflect gratuity, our clients are very generous.

Position Details:

-Part-time or full-time positions available
-Employee status
-Focus on prenatal massage and care for women, women-identifying, and non-binary clients

What You’ll Do:

-Provide high-quality therapeutic massage (e.g., deep tissue, trigger point therapy)
-Develop individualized treatment plans for pain relief and wellness
-Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space
-Deliver excellent client care and communication

What We’re Looking For:

-Valid CT Massage Therapy License (LMT)
-Current liability insurance
-Experience with prenatal massage (preferred)
-Skilled in client assessment

Schedule Needs:

-Monday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
-Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Compensation & Perks:

-45% of service revenue to start, with an increase after 90 days
