Must have 4 yrs of exp in complex int'l arbitration, cross-border litigation or int'l dispute resolution: representing clients in disputes involving Latin American, North American, or other int'l parties, laws, or jurisdictions; assessing claims & defenses in int'l arbitration, incl proceedings administered under ICC or ICSID rules; coord'g w/ local counsel in Latin America or other foreign jurisdictions; managing document review, discovery, document production, privilege review, & rltd workstreams in complex disputes; prep'g witnesses, experts, submissions, or hearing materials in arbitration or litigation; & supv'g junior attorneys, legal assistants, litigation analysts, contract attorneys, or other matter team members. Exp must incl serving as secretary or administrative assistant to arbitral tribunals or partners acting as arbitrators. Must be fluent in written & spoken Spanish, incl the ability to draft legal submissions or legal memoranda in Spanish, conduct witness or expert interviews in Spanish, & deliver oral argument & conduct crossexamination of fact & expert witnesses in Spanish.
