Our Program and Construction Management division has an immediate need for a Project Manager. Come join our team! We are looking to build services and capabilities through the growth of our key asset- our staff. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Resides in or around Central Ct (Hartford Area)Minimum of 10 yrs experience in Building ConstructionCertified Construction manager (CCM) or Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of CT preferred OR must have the ability to obtain when on boardCT DOT Project experience is desired but not necessaryHas a valid license and would be willing to commute to projects across Eastern and Central CTKnowledge of Compass and/or Astro Project Management software would be considered a plus.Ability to Pass a background check with the Dept. of Corrections (DOC)Candidate must have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
