Attorney - Leveraged & Corporate Finance. NY, NY. Provide advisory legal svcs in connection w/ corporate finance transactions. Reqs Juris Doctor or Master of Laws deg, or foreign equiv. Must have at least 5 yrs of exp: at a corporate law firm representing & advising private equity sponsors, private credit funds or large corporate borrowers on complex acquisition & leveraged finance & corporate finance transactions; & negotiating complex financing docs, in particular credit agreements, indentures & security agreements, as well as supv'g, mentoring & training lawyers on ancillary financing docs & conducting due diligence. Exp must incl working on a broad range of complex financing transactions, such as acquisition & leveraged finance, corporate finance, fund finance & debt restructuring transactions, & on cross-border financing transactions.
